I'd asked for my hamburger to be cooked well-done. It was still red inside, even after the waiter had told the chief to cook it longer. The hamburger bun is always so soaked with grease and so flat on the bottom that it falls apart. The onion rings have been raw inside the past 4 times that I've ordered them.

I ORDERED STUFFED HASHBROWNS WITH MY MEAL. OUR SERVER TOLD ME SHE DID NOT SPECIFY TO THE COOK TO MAKE THE CHANGE FROM REGULAT HASHBROWNS. SHE TOLD ME THAT A SERVING OF STUFFED HASHBROWNS WERE BEING MADE AND WOULD BE OUT SHORTLY. THEY DID NOT COME OUT UNTIL I WAS NEARLY FINISHED EATING EVERYTHING ELSE. I UNDERSTAND MISTAKES HAPPEN BUT WHEN I NEARLY FINISH MY FOOD BEFORE THE MISSING ITEM IS PRESENTED IT DOES NOT MAKE A SATISFYING MEAL.

Eggs ordered over hard should not be runny. Hash browns very greasy. Food not very warm

I bought a banana cream pie yesterday and its ready to throw away today because the filling is a watery mess of over ripe bananas. It was supposedly made at that location and the pie person needs more training, very disappointing!

The menu stated that a side came with my order. It did not. The hot turkey dinner sandwich was toasted and the bread was hard. The gravy was not hot. The clam chowder was very thin and not really hot.

My sister and I really like going here and always order the same food because they are our favorites. We also usually order to go so we don't have to eat there and eat it at home. I ordered the Hot Turkey Sandwich. The problem with this order was that it did not have the onions on it, which it always has had in the past. My sister ordered the Caprese Burger and a salad. Her order was missing the salad and there were no avocados in her burger, which in the past, has had. We didn't discover any of this until we were home. We live pretty far from the closest Sharis so it wasn't feasible for us to return. We were overall highly dissatisfied with the experience because of these missing things in our orders. We really like eating from here so we both hope this does not happen again.

Your staff is always friendly and helpful, but the side of the dining room with the gambling area almost always has rowdy customers. This time we spend 45 minutes listening to a group talk about drinking and how one member, who "was visibly upset" had not been ignored by the others. We've simply decided to always insist on being seated on the other side in the future.

Waitress did not check on us at all, had too ask for the bacon I ordered on my burger (bacon given too me was cold) waitress spent the entire time complaining to other staff about the male employee that no call no showed for 4th time then quit

The Waiter messed up our order, tried to fix it by replacing an item without charge, then charged me for both items

Tried to tell the person I was over charged. Person did not get my phone number so I did not get my points. Did not get my free pie.
