Once seated I was not brought any water or asked if I wanted anything to drink. The manager passed me several times without acknowledging me and seemed like she really didn't want to be there. Although my server was busy no one else cared to help me. Overhearing other customer interactions were not friendly so I didn't bother to say anything.

There were hardly any customers. We waited for awhile to be seated because the table had to be set. Holy Cow! They weren't waiting on anyone. Slow, slow, slow. Then just some things wrong with the order. I look down the row and see the floor is filthy. That's all I can remember for now.

We were disappointed that with so many employees present, no one bothered to check to see if everything was okay with our meal or if we needed anything. We were not even offered refills of water! My husband said they were the worst pancakes he had ever had. My meal was much smaller than expected. The last few times we have been to Sharis we have had to go to the counter, we were not given a check. We have eaten at least twice a month at Sharis for many years because of the consistency of quality of food and service.

Server was not very attentive but main issue was that my husband ordered a steak medium and it came quite rare.

very limited non meat menu, family dissatisfied with non meat choices. High percentage of meals come with bacon and rely on it for flavor

Very few non breakfast, non desert choices without meat, bacon is in so many things There's not even a vegi quiche or soup. This is a town with a lot of vegetarians. I could never recommend Sharis to family or friends for this reason. The new menu is worse in this regard than older ones. It's rather disrespectful to those who don't eat meat and it may be difficult to attract their business. Not long ago you had available a vegi burger. That would at least provide one choice but that's now off the menu.

There was a bottleneck at the entrance, and there was no staff member to great people and have them put their name on the waiting list. Thus, people who came after us put their names on the list and were seated before us. It took 8 minutes just to be acknowledged by a staff member at the entrance. This is not acceptable. If I were not a loyal Shari's customer, I would have left. When I alerted the manager to this situation, he seemed to be indifferent, and said that they were trying their best. Clearly the manager did not have control of the situation, and--judging from my past wonderful experiences at Sharis--he could have done better.

Your 11th Street store is very tired and needs an upgrade ASAP! The dining room was very dirty. The noise level very distracting. The parking lot was very dirty including used diapers, ugh! That said, our food was tasty and waitperson attentive. We will dine at Sharis again but never again at the store on 11th.
