The amount of staffing seems to be a problem. Not enough help as there seems to be a server shortage. We visited at 4:00pm and there wasn't a crowd yet the few servers on the floor were working their tails off. This is an older Shari's restaurant and it could use some repair and major cleaning in the bathrooms. When the chrome on the toilet is turning green, the sink faucets leak and the floors are grungy with hair, dirt, and TP, then it is time to get some cleaning and plumbing done. I realize that major cutbacks are required to keep the business going, but the above mentioned items could be a killer to the business. Our waitress was very nice and she was really working quickly. She made us feel comfortable and served our table well.

once my food is served and answer the question is everything ok or do you need anything else further questions get annoying.

Charged full price for my refill on a Latte. Prior to this visit, refills were always .49 cents. Menu items changed No patty melts

I was satisfied with everything. If not, I would have selected Not Satisfied. I didn't select Highly because I avoid superlatives. I was satisfied. That is good.

This restaurant needs to be updated in its décor package similar to the Gateway restaurant in Springfield. Feels dated, but otherwise good.

Got payed and decided to celebrate, took my friends out to eat, the wait was pretty long for being the only people in line, but our waitress was really nice.

Service was bad from the waiter we had. Waited in ice water, never got it. Forgot my friends milkshake.
