Outside by the door before entering there was garbage in a small pile. My son didn't get enough gravy on his biscuit. It looked and tasted dry. I asked for water and had to ask again while we were eating.

It was a great normal experience! Service, food, atmosphere, it was all good! There were a few homeless dirty people outside asking for change and during my whole dinner they walked around!

I usually have good experiences at Shari's. This one was not bad just generally not exceptional otherwise I'm most always pleased with food, service, prices etc.

The waiter did not write down/ remember our appetizer order, and almost forgot sides to two of the entree orders. He was very nice otherwise. The flavor of the sirloin steak was also slightly off, but that could just be a personal preference issue and have nothing to do with the quality or preparation of the steak.

Food coulda been warmer. Coffe was cold.

The price of a chocolate shake was just a bit steep.

salads were nice, but typical. nothing special.

Takes to long for service. Not enough help at night.

I ordered 1/2 portion of eggs Benedict. The hash browns along with the eggs were very cool in the middle almost like they hadn't been cooked. It wasn't very appetizing.

I think it is just too expensive. I go elsewhere for coffee. Not enough $5-$7 selections
