Tried a new dish, the shrimp omelet, and it was very tasty. The place was packed but the staff were all in good moods and friendly.

The floor near the entrance behind the seating bar was dirty the entire time I was there. It was so noticeable a child pointed it out to the staff, which didn't attend to it. However, on the plus side, I witnessed fantastic hygiene on the part of all employees!

I was not dissatisfied! My friend and I always go the Shari's in Eugene on W.11th as Roberta is the best waitress we have ever encountered anywhere. She is so friendly and her service is great and she "aims to please!"
