The dining area was Dirty! Capet had not been cleaned in some time and it showed. The wood trim on the booths was black from dirty - oily hands and the head rests on the booths backs were stained and dirty. I understand that this may be a busy store, but it needs to be refurbished or completely cleaned.

We ordered the Chicken Alfredo. It was too salty. After talking with our highly attentive server (5 stars for him!) the alfredo the was returned to the kitchen and we ordered a different entree. Also, I ordered a burger with the LiteStyles bun, as I have a gluten intolerance and that is the closest thing you have to gluten free for the hamburger bun options. I was told that you no longer use the LiteStyles bun. Please offer a gluten free option for your hamburger buns and other breads!

Too many people not paying attention to guests and chatting amongst themselves way too long to wait at the door to be say and the servers kept passing the buck on who was going to seat us. No manager in sight or hostess

It smelled.

1. Had to get our own silverware, which was no big thing. 2. Ham sandwich was dry, with too much filling and "flimsy" rye swirl bread that didn't hold up.

I was on my lunch break and only had 1 hour I would have liked to be seated in a timly maner.

There was only one person working as hostess and waitress, and there were quite a few customers. She was very sweet and calm and accommodating. We ordered eggs with French toast, but received eggs with chicken fried steak. There were several people loitering outside, smoking and blocking the walkway. We noticed this every time we visit this restaurant.

The term satisfied seems like good enough description. There was no dissatisfaction. Everything was fine

Because the Tuscan chicken salad didn't have enough dressing and was pretty bland. Wish I had ordered something else. Also there wasn't any soup which was very annoying because I was hung over and wanted soup to hydrate my body.

My toast came out burnt. Coffee wasn't very hot for some reason. It was very loud people talking. Waitress was very nice, helpful and quick.
