Taylor is an excellent server. He got our orders right. There were 5 of us. He was very courteous and even remembered the kind of pie I ordered last week. He made sure used bowls and plates were removed from the table promptly. We had separate checks and he gave each one of us the right one and he did not mix up or have to ask what piece of pie went where. He is a top-notch server, cute too.

Good atmosphere plus it was the only thing open. Speed of service was terrible though. Way to long for decent food.

Shari's was exactly the place we were looking for after trying to hangout at the hotel, shari's staff was incredibly kind and I plan to go there again.

From what I noticed over the years restaurants have a hostess to greet and seat customers. Over the last year we have experienced that the restaurant on W. 11th in Eugene, Oregon that they are no bus boys or someone dedicated to clear tables. Unless they are sitting on their duff, having a waitress to clear tables should be always be avoided. Waiting for your order that is up while the waitress is clearing tables. Waiting sometimes for 5 minutes or longer to be seated . The 5-6 booth tables should be utilized when they are no other tables available. Having 3 tables for 5-6 people, not being utilized is not good for business. Guests see this and
