Waiter was very attentive and the team as a whole worked well together.

The waitress (Aspen-352480) who waited on my order & my friends order was very polite and knowledgeable of the items in the menu and provided us with exceptional service while tending to the other customers needs present in the restaurant on West 11th Avenue in Eugene, Oregon on Nov. 24th 2015. The Manager and staff were very polite and make dining at this place enjoyable.

Daniel always greets us by name and with a smile, even visits when time allows. Kris was our waitress and as all ways so friendly and helpful. Love the whole crew.

The restaurant is always clean. Service is excellent and the menu varied. On this visit the only "problem" we had was that the person who sat us asked if we wanted drinks, which we said yes. Nothing came. Our waiter then came to take our order, and we repeated that we had ordered our drinks, but had not obviously received them. Our food was served and we had to hail the waiter to remind him that we still needed our drinks.

Our server, Kris was very attentive but not obtrusive. She knew the menu and was available to answer any questions we may have had. Simply stated, she makes it a pleasure to come to Shari's ! We look forward to it each day.
