My French beef dip sandwich,with tater tots, arrived luke warm and settled into yuk cold before I could finish the first half. I did not eat the second half..took it home, but decided it then looked dried out and had the appeal of eating leather. Not appealing enough to nuke. I tossed it out. I eat lunch at Shari's San Bruno twice a month with a small group. Friday, 12/4, we had a table (reserved ahead) for 20. The waiter is a peach. This sandwich was just not what I thought it should be. NO, I did not complain. One lone waiter for our table and the rest of the back dining room was enough for him to content with.

#1 ordered a steak medium well and it was rare. Took a couple of bites been throwing up since I left restaurant. My stomach has been hurting since 5:10am. #2 mens bathroom was a complete mess.

I asked for mayo for my sandwich and the mayo lid was gross mayo on it was like jelly I told the server and she didn't said sorry or do anything and I even showed her in the napkin what it looked like with the gross old dried up mayo that fell out when I tried to use the mayo. She just took the gross mayo in the napkin. and when she give us the bill didn't mention that we had to go to the cash register to pay and we wanted almost 45 mins and I finally went up there to ask. She did yes you have to pay here. Well my friend and I never have been to a Shari's before so how are we to know. And again didn't say sorry or anything. I also had to wait forever for her to get my refills I had to always ask her she should have been on top of it. But she wasn't good about seeing if we needed anything like most servers do.

We signed up for the shariscafe club and this was our 2nd visit on the first visit we did not order the free pie and on the 2nd visit we ordered it because we cannot have sugar but I had my daughter who could eat it so we ordered it and when we went to the cashier they said that we got the pie before that was untrue and unprofessional and so we did not want the pie anymore but they forced us to take it and charged us for the slice

I sat at the table with an empty glass of water for over 20 min. I then go to use the restroom come back and my coffee and water was removed from the table. I was not complete with my meal I had intended on ordering a slice of pie but chose not to because of the terrible service. I visit Shari's in Sacramento on a regular basis because of the service I receive this location needs more training, not one time while I was eating did my waitress check on me she was sure to bring me my check, I had to ask for water from another waitress.

No one even says hello we will be right with you when you walk in. All of the tables needed to be bused. There was trash all over the floors. The bathroom were disgusting. Pages missing from the menu. Food was not like the description at all. Slow to get your order. People that worked there looked miserable, the poor hostess was doing like five peoples jobs. Phone was ringing off the hook and even saw the manager standing next to the phone and proceeded to let it ring two more time before he even answered it. The pie case was empty and looked like it needed to disinfected. I guess that about sums it up. I was here about three months ago and it was much better than this visit not sure what the heck happened but i will not be returning. Highly disappointed.

The food was not as it should have been. It was a cold day, but food should be hot when serviced.

Failed to greet us, long wait to be seated. 45 minutes to receive entries. Incorrect entries. Cold food. We have had positive experiences at this location in the recent past. Has it changed owners?

I have been a customer est. 2010. I have reregistered this card (honored Legacy) once before. This is a premonition to have me as a customer. I have 411 points that equals $10.00. I told the waitress JACKIE I wanted to use my points for this check #1018-0272-0126-4510. I was given a receipt for $31.24 my honors card only swiped once. The manager stated I needed to reregistered to redeem my points. We are seniors and never asked if we wanted a senior plate? Hydrides pies the lemon cream cheese is thicker not watered down lie yours! PLB
