It took to long to get anything; when we finally got our salad or soup it came with our dinner instead of a little space between salad/soup and dinner served. The waitress JadeG never came over to our table to see if we needed refill on our drinks or to ask if everything was ok. Spoke to other folks that dine there and they agree that the service, food, etc is really going down hill. It was much better 2 years ago.

The manager, May 14 at 10:24 am, i supposed he is, see me in front of counter, continue doing his thing, while i was looking whom i will pay, approached, not even say HI or HELLO, no smile, for short, UNPLEASANT attitude! got my check and card, run it, hand the paper to sign, get back the signed rcpt. NO THANK YOU, NO NOTHING.... RUDE!!!!

Food room temp, mash potato had piece of black stuff, and even though it was reheated I would not continue to eat lukewarm stuff in it. Waiter thought it was dealt with by another; didn't see him again until after I got the check. He did replace mash with baked potato. Wanted to tell staff to weigh the prime rib; small for 8oz.

Waitress got our order salmon entree order wrong, giving us a salad salad instead. It was clear they used they same salmon, so when it came back out, it was cold. As an apology, waitress attempted to show that we would be only charged for a salmon salad, but that did not come with soup, and was charged separately. Soup is included in the salmon entree. So it was actually more expensive. WTF? She did not know how the menu works.

Me and my wife made a special trip (long) to get a slice of Key Lime Pie but there was nothing available #all sold out#. This is the third time I have tried to get one of these very mythical pies and the third time it was not available. Now, come on, why don't Sharis just rename the pie 'locke Ness Pie' because I'm sure to have more luck seeing the monster in San Francisco Bay than eat one of these delicious looking desserts pictured in the menu.

Rude staff. One bag per ORDER what's what that. I bought 3 pies in Castro valley they had no problem giving me 3 bags. I needed 3 more so bought at San Bruno staff made big deal about ONE bag per order. Very rude I will never buy pies from this place again.

As soon as I walked in the door the place smelled afoul. The carpets and or seats all smelled like someone had died in there two weeks before. This is the third time I've visited this restaurant and will not again. I was very surprised that I didn't smell fresh baked pies, but instead this foul dirty stench.

We go there at least twice a month, and the restrooms keep getting worse and worse. This last trip, it looked like the mens' room had not been cleaned for days.

I chose the summer salad with the berries and the glazed chicken. When it arrived it had cheese and bacon on it (not on the menu description) plus under the chicken was a tortilla. This was not on the menu either. I can't have cheese and I would never order anything with bacon due to the salt content. Lastly a majority of the lettuce was wilted and black like it was old lettuce. I picked out the berries and told our waitress who offered me another salad. She said she would make it for me. She returned with the correct salad with tons of berries on it! However the lettuce was still wilted and black!! Josephine was very nice and very helpful. Not her fault that the kitchen had bad lettuce. It really wasn't her place to re-make the salad. She did her best! My order was nothing like the photo in the menu.

I ordered two chicken strip dinners and got chicken fried steaks instead. And of course i didn't know that until i got home as this was a take out order. Not happy.
