The menu changed and now there is very little non-meat options. They took away the garden burger which I would often substitute as a patty on a meat burger dish. I have an egg allergy so eating a veggie omelette is not an option. Why alienate non-meat eaters?

Great waitress service, Good tasting food, but poor judgement on the other waiter, i don't know his name. He cleaned his table behind ours, then grabbed a broom, A BROOM ! ! and started sweeping the carpet. That's when my food began to taste like dust ! The Restaurant was not busy at all. couldn't he vaccume the floor instead,with a VACCUME that has a Heppa Filter in place? My allergies kicked into high-gear with his Vigorous sweeping. I will get his name next time I go to Sharis.

Asked what appetizer was available for the offer that we received on our card and was told any of the appetizers were free we did not have the offer in front of us so did not see any restriction on what could be ordered. Our waitress told us even the sampler was offered as the "free offer" of free appetizer so we ordered this and also my dining guest ordered something that was restricted but was told it was free also. We were charged the 9.99 and given credit of 5.49 toward our order each . I feel we were led to do this to benefit the higher total of the check. I don't believe the waitress was new. I am very unhappy as I eat at this location often at least I did before.

The customer service is horrible. Workers don't smile. The manager is argumentative and yells at his workers.

We ordered water as our drink which we would normally drink before our meal. This did not come until much later. I tried to catch our hostesses attention but just could not break her engrossment with taking orders from other tables – not even as she passed by the table. I was looking at the pained look on my wife’s face and feeling helpless and ignored. To Georgia’s credit she suddenly remembered our water when she came to ask us what dessert we wanted. One of my wife’s sides, a soup, was bought out. I had to watch her eat that while I waited. When our entrees came out, there was my wife’s second side and my two. Some thought has to be given to making sure that no one is left with something to eat while another has to watch. My sausage and eggs could have been brought out for me to eat along with my wife’s soup. Sausage and eggs didn’t match my entrée. My sides were ordered to be eaten before my entrée, it now had to be eaten more hurriedly so that the entrée would not get cold. Overall, this was a very sad experience. The Men’s Restroom stunk of urine that had not made it to the urinal’s bowl.

The waiter we had, had to flag for a refill. When we were done eating, the waiter disappeared. Turns our the waiter ended its shift so we never got a waiter. We told the staff up front but didnt do anything

I went to Sharis' for Thanksgiving and got the turkey dinner for takeout. Tonight, we went back to eat in the restaurant (party of two). We were third on the wait list, behind a party of 5 and a party of two. The restaurant got emptier and emptier. The party of 5 was seated. After half an hour of waiting, the party of two before us was seated. 15 minutes later - a party of 3, four AFTER us was seated. The waitress claimed she misread the list and we were a party of 7 but she also skipped over another two, a single, and another 3! The turkey dinner was not very good. The dressing was bland and mushy, like soggy porridge. So different from Thanksgiving. My spouse gave up and ordered another meal entirely. I ate my potatoes and turkey. So much dressing and so very soggy. The waiter did his best to make us happy and we were happy with him. Not with the hostess or the food, but happy with the waiter.

I told my waitress that the ham had an "off taste". She said she'd notify her manager. I saw her speaking with a non-Caucasian woman, on the thin side, dark hair. I think she may have been the mgr, but nobody came to speak with me nor offer a different meal or another order of the ham. Nothing was done!!! I deserve a refund.

My food was cold and my wife food was cold never had a problem there now 2 nd time o have gone there got cold food thank you

We have been buying your Velvet Chocolate Silk pie for years, and when I no longer saw it among the available pies on my latest visit, the person at the counter assured me that the Chocolate Cream Supreme pie is identical. Upon returning home to start enjoying the pie, we discovered that the filling is simply chocolate pudding, and not chocolate mousse. Our closest Shari's, the one in San Bruno, is quite a drive from our home in San Jose, but we tend to stop by to pick up a pie when we are in the area. Given that our favorite pie is no longer offered, our chance of stopping by just plummeted.
