Time to be greeted/seated/receive food took a little long.

Prime rib was not hot. No rare on prime rib

Maybe increase the portion size of food to make it worth you money?

Vianca is always a delight to have as a server. She is courteous and efficient. My problem is with a certain employee. Not sure but I think his name is Maricelo (Hispanic). I could tell he had an attitude problem and then he was training a new employee. I'm not fluent in Spanish but I can tell when you're talking about me and throwing that negative influence to a new employee. If this is how Shari's wants to run their restaurants, I'm sure there are other places willing to have my business.

The food was just put on the plate with no garnishment. It did not look professional. The waitress did not ask if we wanted people milling around the check out area with no one helping them

The bread for the turkey club was stale and dry. Plus it had no taste. It said it was a Texas toast club but they were yellow very thin slices. I was expecting think buttery Texas toast.

I ordered the trio and got the salmon chowder with it, thinking it was bisque not chowder. When i got it and saw all the potatoes, which I usually avoid, i mentioned it. I didnt eat the chowder, but was not offered anything in its place. I paid for the trio, but only ate a duo. Most restaurants would have immediately offered something else.

prime rib was very good but it was not hot. asked for mash potatoes but got baked. veggies where not good. the picture of the crust was not like the pictures but then i dont' know which i really got since the server did not ask me which one i wanted. i did get well done. your pies are always good.

Have been going for years. Food quality has declined. Most dishes overcooked. Cinnamon roll French toast is just awful, overcooked, hard and dry, always! Chicken waffle dish, waffles are overcooked and crumble under your fork when you try to cut pieces, ordered many times, never changed, awful! Those are only two examples. Shari's is local to us, but I've been going less and driving further for better quality from the competition. I can't believe no one in the kitchen has been noticing the overcooked, poor, food quality that we've noticed has been going on at least a year. I feel like I'm running out of options as I cannot count on my select dishes to be cooked as they should.

Service was slow.
