Had to ask for the dipping sauce, which wasn't brought with my meal. Had to ask for a receipt. Wasn't asked to have my water refilled, since I finished it. Didn't want to ask for it, because I didn't see my server. Server wasn't very attractive, even though it wasn't crowded.

Noticed people that sat down 10 to 25 minutes after us and they received their food before us and also noticed that it was the same order. The bringing the bill with our meals was shocking; I didn't expect that! We didn't even get to take a bite of our food and there's our bill.

I had a coupon which stated that if I bought one breakfast entree and two beverages I would get a second breakfast entree of equal or lesser value for $2.99. My daughter and I each ordered pancakes and a hot drink. The 2 orders of pancakes cost $6.49 each and the beverages were $2.69 each. We also ordered two junior pancakes for my two grandchildren at 3.99 each. The grandchildren shared a milkshake at $1.49. The total for the breakfasts was $27.82 plus $2.50 tax for a total of $30.33. When I went to pay and presented my coupon, the waitress said the cash register would not take the coupon because our pancake order was not expensive enough to qualify. There was nothing on the coupon which said that there was a minimum order. This is the second time that this has happened at the same restaurant in San Bruno, California.

Marcial is a very good waiter and did his best during very busy time. The co-worker with a right calf brace keep dropping dishes with a crash in the dish area. We were located at the south end near the dirty dishes collection area. She dropped the dishes, whereas Marcial would put the dishes in the dish tray. We understand the senior staff waiteress is in pain but should she be coming to work. I am surprised all your dishes aren't broken or chipped.

Our breakfast orders took a little long before it was served. We waited at least 15 minutes.

Seems they are short staffed and sometimes service can be slow which is not the watresses fault. However, the kitchen could use more help for sometimes it takes 20 minutes to receive food and often times it may not be warm.

Took longer than usual to get coffee. We were not offered water. We waited quite a while, after our plates were cleared, and no check was brought, so we went to the register to pay and they had to ge our waiter to pull up the check.
