I was highly satisfied. Perhaps an entry mistake. My only comment would be that care must be taken to serve hot food. Perhaps hot or warm cups and plates would keep food at a better temperature while servers are serving other customers.

Service at the cash register was severely delayed as personnel were helping take out orders. The chef should be paying more attention to the method and appearance of french fry preparation. Appearance was below the Shari standard and on a previous visit when I ordered fish and chips the poor appearance was below the poorest of fast food establishments. I would not order that dish again unless this important adjunct to many dishes improves.

My husband ordered the T-bone steak special. Unfortunately, it was tough and overcooked. He has decided that he will not order steaks again. They are always tough and not very good tasting. These are the only food item we have had issues with.

We ordered Prime Rib and it was slightly overcooked but tasty. I thought it was a little pricey but overall we had a nice dinner. Our server Eduardo was excellent in accommodating us with whatever we needed, very pleasant and helpful. I would return again an ask for Eduardo. The ambiance is very nice too.

Our waiter so was so friendly, gave quick, accurate service, and checked on us during the meal to see if we needed anything. I believe his name is Eddie.

The triple berry and lemon meringue pies were great as usual. But the apple was not quite as expected. The best apple pie was when this restaurant used to be Baker's Square. We did glance at the menu because we were looking for a place to dine but the prices seemed a little high compared to other restaurants nearby. So we left and dined elsewhere but left with the pies.
