It would take too long as I was already timed out. Simply put the hash browns portion was the smallest I ever received, the cheese wasn't fully melted in my eggs and when i went to pay the bill I feel I was treated discourteously. For more details please contact me so I have the time to respond.

I got a grilled cheese sandwich and paid almost ten bucks for it. The flavor was good, but not good enough to be a ten dollar grilled cheese.

The manager was the cashier but he is not friendly at all. It's not our first time here. And he usually doesn't say hi,doesn't ask how our food or visit was, doesn't say thank you. maybe don't have him in the front

All the other restaurants of this type in or area serve turkey bacon. Many of us had asked for that, and for a short while you had it on the menu. Now it appears that it is no longer available. I think it is a big mistake for those of us who do not eat pork, but like turkey bacon in BLTs and with breakfast entrees.

I was still hungry after the meal.

The food was ordinary.

...also missed the promotional "cowboy menu"....which was quite tasty....

I was there to buy a whole pie to go. I waited at the front counter for a few minutes because the manager was helping another customer at the cash register, but he didn't ask a different staff person to come help me, neither did he acknowledge me or say "I'll be right with you".

Every time I go to Shari's it's usually one to three of the following: - too long to get drinks - then too long to take our order - doesn't come around to check on us - takes too long to get check - the food is never hot always on the cool or cold side --- this shouldn't happen when you order eggs benedict - more attention to other regulars and hold long conversations at there tables
