For highly satisfied rating, Sharis need to present 5 star service as in Gunters of Burlingame or House of Prime Rib of San Francisco or Hells Kitchen Los Angeles. For instance, my prime rib Benedict poached eggs were overcooked and not runny. As a cook, I understand the stress of a chef. So I excused the near hard boiled eggs. C u next time.

By the time the food got to our table, it was lukewarm. We had to wait to pay our bill also.

My only concern is the freshness of the fruits, it looks and taste like the fruits have been sits so long Can you also bake a few huckleberry pies? Thank you.

One dinner salad order was incorrect and they had to bring it back to the kitchen and prepare the correct one. Portion are pretty small compared to other similar restaurant in the same price range.

No problem . This was our first time as recommended . One thing, San Francisco is alwaysvusy + it is Christmas season. No complaints as you always expect that in SSF.

The floor was dirty, we could see food scraps and napkins on the floor. If a pie is not available, the apple pie sign should be turned around. We chose Berry as the next choice and had to settle with one from the glass case. It did not taste fresh.

The floors and menus were very dirty! The menus and pie menus on the table were so dirty, we did not want to touch them.

I will return because of the friendly nature and knowledge of Moe, my server. The food was very good as well,however, I would strongly suggest that you use another term besides"team members" because there was No team assistance at all.all staff should learn how to greet a customer when they walk in the door, ready to be seated. If the server for the table is tied up, another server should see that the patron has been offered water, or other refreshment while waiting. The restaurant wasn't busy. It would have been easy just to ask me if I wanted some coffee!

Typically slow service at this location to be greeted and seated. With every visit regardless of time and day, it is ALWAYS an excruciating wait to close out my check. Small portions when redeeming promotional offers.
