Once awhile the bottom layer crust of the apple pies are under-baked which carried a raw doughy after taste that my guests did not enjoy at all. Perhaps the pies were not thawed thoroughly resulting in the still visible raw crust dough.

We have to be careful not to get a table in the back. Service tends to be very poor and the team members "forget" about you. We have to be on top of our team member to make sure we have the correct service.

We were expecting more veggies in omelet (I thought the description was misleading, it said lots of veggies). I prefer toast with a generous amount of butter. Really wish you would add a veggie omelet to the Senior Menu.

They didn't have the pie we wanted. And also, everytime we eat there, the service is EXTREMELY slow.

Salad temperature was warm.

Our waitress was not very attentive. After she brought us our orders we didn’t see her again. I had to go to the front area to request a refill for my water. We had to go to the front to ask for our checks. Two of us wanted to order a slice of pie and wasn’t able to tell her until she came with our checks.

This is the 3rd time we have ordered a baked potato and it was overcooked and dark brown inside. It seems to be a common problem that is not being addressed.

One guest ordered a salad dish and there was confusion on the dressing ordered and the salad only had one type of greens on it. Otherwise OK.

attention went to folks that they knew by name

The place is run down and not clean. They seemed a little disorganized and customer service wasn't very attentive and didnt know the special. It took 10 minutes to check out and I had to ask to be checked out.
