Good food, good service, friendly attention, good value.

Today I went in to buy pie to take home. I am always so pleased with the value and taste of the pies. Such a great selection. The gentlemen that waited on me was courteous and efficient. He also informed me of the pies that were going to be on sale beginning the following day.

We go to Shari's 2-3 times a month. We often have Cynthia as our server, and she is outstanding. She remembers us and our regular orders, but she also gets everything right when we order something else. Everyone in the restaurant is very friendly and efficient.

Everything was great the only thing I was no satisfied was I wanted some decaf tea or herbal like in other restaurants but they only had regular tea so I was not able to have any tea

I really enjoy the atmosphere. Kinda like going to a home restaurant! It feels very comfortable!!!!.....love the service at the San Bruno location.

Our server 145035 Ferna - 16 was extremely welcoming, friendly and profession. He explalined our menu options clearly and brought our food to us quickly.

My server was warm, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The food was exactly as I ordered.
