The servers are always great, even when stressed. They often get unexpected surges of people, but handle it well. It is super convenient that this place is open all night. We drive to this place in San Bruno from San Francisco because there is nothing open in our area but a Subway.

The coconut cream pie was pretty good. However, parts of it were so cold that I got the impression it had been frozen and not thawed completely. I come to Shari's regularly, and always enjoy the food. The service is usually quite good, and the pie excellent. This was unusual. I ate it though, and did not complain. When I saw the request for the survey, it occurred to me that I should let you know.

Trinh always makes us feel welcomed.

No matter how busy this restaurant gets, the staff is always friendly and courteous. I love the Spinach omelette and I commonly get 3 omelettes to go for me and my family. My order is always ready and prepared when they say it will be and the food always tastes great! - Jolene
