It was my first time in this restaurant and everithing was great. Our server Marcial was very attentive and knowledgeable of the menu.

Great meal as usual. Our waitperson was Linda, AKA "Big Linda", a terrific all around server who took great care of our table. Food was very tasty...............Bought pie to take home.

Our server Sharon was marvelous! The food was fantastic but, even better was like I said, Sharon! She was so friendly and welcoming! We are visiting and was our first time here. Thanks to Sharon, we will be back when we visit again!!

The food was excellent. I ordered the Shari's sampler upon recommendation by my server. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and offered that it was a great deal for what I was getting. Very quick service!

I want to commend the waitress Sharon at the San Bruno #250 restaurant for her dedicated service of 32 years. She went out of her way to make sure I receive my survey credit (for stuffed hash browns) after I told her that I had forgotten to write down the survey code from my last visit. Please thank her again for me. She exemplifies an outstanding employee. Please also congratulate her on her 32-year anniversary with Shari's.

My husband really likes the breakfast poutine, from the secret menu. Shari's is a reliable Sunday breakfast place for us where we know we'll always receive excellent service.
