When I came into the restaurant they took my name; after asking me once & how many people; & THEN she came back to me 5 minutes later to ask me again my name & # of people! There were 5; Five other couples; seated before me, even though my name was above theirs on the liszt & they came in AFTER me!!! My baked potatoe I asked for everything on the side; but yet when it came it was smothered in butter ! I mentioned it to the waitress & she keep telling me the manager was coming, BUT HE NEVER DID; so I had to eat the baked potatoe how I got it; which I didn't want to! After my meal THENM the waitess offered me a 2nd glass of ice tea; gee..I wanted it WITH my meal! When I went to pay for my meal & put down my money & the correct amount of change & the cashier said she did not see it & gave me change; which I did not want. I had to wait about 10 minutes for the manager to finally approach me & correct this situation! I had an entirely AWFUL experience for the meal & feel I should have been offered a discount; WHICH I WAS NOT!!! Guy Gardner

First server rude and impatient, did not stop at our table to see if we needed refills on our drinks, stopped at two neighboring tables, soup and salad came out with the food not before, soup, fish, bland The only pleasant part of the visit was the pie. We have been to other Sharis and this was totally dissappointing

Our server who's name tag read "Jack the ninja" was extremely lacking in customer service skills. Also, the entire staff was focused on one side of the restaurant. After my wife an I were seated it took about 20 minutes to have our order taken. The only person who was on top of anything was was the hostess she seated us right away and got our drinks very quickly.

We waited a long time before our order was taken. The waitress went off duty and did not tell us; furthermore non more one covered for her. No staff came to see if we needed anything I had to go to the counter to seek assistance to get water and a to go container .
