First time here. Employees were very unfriendly, ignored us while walking past us several times. I inquired if someone could seat us. Without apologizing or speaking friendly, acted annoyed and said in a rude tone, "hold on." Upon being seated, no friendly talk, no sorry for the wait, just put us at a table, set down menus and walked away. Took a long time for waitress to appear. She too was unfriendly, and also acted annoyed to wait on us. Many tables were left with dirty dishes but the restaurant was not at all busy. We had to look at those disgusting looking tables. Took a long time to receive our food. Butternut squash soup was much too salty. The main dish food was hot but the flavor was just okay. Had to ask for our check. Walked up to cash register only to be ignored by several employees walking around. Again, asked if someone could be our cashier, and the lady said, I'm busy putting pies in the case. Geez! I doubt I will ever "Trouble" them with my presence again! Manager needs to be more involved or set up cameras to watch the interaction of staff when he/she isn't there. Just awful customer service.

We were served apparently old, and cold fries. Burgers were absent ingredients, specifically, special sauce on one of the bugers and, without onion rings on other two. And, asked for fries with kids meal, received cold Tatar tots. Both the tater tots and fries tasted as though they were cooked in old fry oil and were served limp and cold. We had to request new fries they were served but they also taste it as the old oil was extremely old. Upon entering the restaurant had to wait several minutes to be seated while staff who apparently knew we were there continue their conversations without acknowledging our presence.

The corn beef hash was removed from the menu. I will not eat at sharis until it is back on the menu.

For starters, hashbrowns were greasy and tasted horrible, bacon was hard and greasy, toast was limp and I had to flag down someone for extra jam. One waiter was literally TOSSING dishes into the dish bin right next to where I was sitting and every time he slammed them in there I jumped a foot! If I were the owner I'd know why dishes were cracked or chipped with that kind of activity. He wasn't the only waiter/waitress doing that. I saw another one do exactly the same. Breakfast was a terrible experience!!!.....for $14.30. Unbelievable.

The server rolled her eyes when my niece and I asked for a moment to look at the menu gave us less than 2. We ordered and we never saw her again. I had to get up twice to ask for refills from the manager on duty, then I had to let them know there was plastic in my eggs. The server smirked and started laughing about the plastic. The manager said "oh the plastic is normally thicker when this happens", WHY IS THIS A NORMAL OCCURANCE???? When we were ready to leave the server dropped off our check and walked away without ever saying anything. The manager cashed us out and then said "here is a free slice of pie with your next meal, thanks for being understanding about the plastic". I normally enjoy shari's but I doubt I'll ever come back here again because of your servers outrageous behavior. I personally grew up in restaurants as my mother was a restaurant manager for 25 years and I couldn't imagine this being ok.

The food has not been to good lately, I went from visiting 2-3 times per week to 1 time every 2 months! Used to be my first choice, now it's my last. However service is always great! Prices on the menu went up, for a low quality meal. Side veggies are not great last time I ordered the mozzarella chicken for the side I got carrots with celery and small onions.....and a piece of clear plastic hidden on a carrot! The time before I ordered the special from the seasonal menu shrimp fettuccine, then I was told they were out of shrimp, and if I wanted to order it they can put chicken instead....I went with that. I got a bowl of noodles and chicken swimming in oil! Was not able to eat that!

me and mother never had a problem with the food or maybe because we always order breakfast food and this time we both order a burger. I order the ranch bacon and my mother order the double burger. First off my meat was still medium rare, and I assume the meat would be well done, no seasoning on the burger what so ever, it was dry, the tomatos did not look fresh at all and I had to put my own mayo on the burger. The burger was horrible, from the taste to the tomatoes. My mother had to cancel her order once she took two bites of the burger due to the no flavor, and she said it taste like a frozen burger with no flavor, she had to reorder and got the fresh toast breakfast meal and once again the French toast was not cooked well one side was cook while the other side was not. We never had a problem before but maybe it because we always order breakfast food, but it was a waste of $30.34 for the two of us. I would have been better off with Mc Donalds burger than the burger I had last night. Need to know what can Shari do for me???

I ordered the fish & chips, which did not look as pleasing as the menu. I had to send back the order. The fries were soggy and greasy and the fish was over cooked and dry. The replacement order was edible but not great. After returning home I became ill and was ill all day Sunday. As of today I am still not 100%. Maybe the greese in the frier was bad.

The server, 213719 Sabrina, was rude. The server overcharged us for two drinks when all we did was change the type of tea we asked for from iced tea to green tea. When we asked for this to be corrected, the server told us what she charged was correct and refused. We asked to speak to a manager. The server left the register area then came back without the manager, but took the charges off our bill, all the time saying that she was right, and that Shari's does not do this all the time, and that if we ever changed drinks again in the future, that we would be charged again, and the charge would not be taken off.

I order a medium well sirloin steak with a side of mashed potato to go. What I received was a small overcooked tough piece of meat with onion rings and mashed. There was no pink at all. ALSO when I was waiting for my order at the counter. I noticed a to go order was ready. My waiter came by and looked at the order a few times but left it where the orders where at. I assumed it was not my order because he "checked". After 15 minutes a waitress asked me what I was waiting on. I told her what I ordered and she bagged me the to go order that my waiter was looking at 15 mins ago. When I got the food it was already cold. HOWEVER, I would be less upset if the "steak" was worth the price. What I received was NOT worth the $15 I paid. I've paid less for bigger better steaks. This is an unfortunate experience because I would not return and cannot recommend this place to anyone else.
