Food was not as good as it is when we usually visit.

I have ordered twice online from this place and each time, the experience was consistently bad. I seriously hope you have video surveillance of the place so you can double check the online orders under my name/phone number. Early Monday morning, my order was placed at ~1:30AM, food was said to be ready by 2 AM, the person who took my payment told me it was going to be a few more minutes, but my actual order wasn't ready until ~2:30AM - they even forgot my mac and cheese add on that I paid extra for. Fastforward to this morning, I ordered online again to give this place a second chance, but it was almost just as bad. I came in and was greeted within a minute (that's good) by a server; however, the moment I told her I was picking up a to-go order, she went from instant smiles to turning around and ignoring me. She made rounds to her table first and after a few minutes, came back. She rang me up for my order and told me everything was there. By the time I got home, everyone got their food, but several items were missing. I never received my chimichuri sauce, my child's lemonade, nor did I get my Pepsi. The forgotten lemonade is fine, but I paid extra for my sauce and soda.

After we were seated, it appeared that no one cared that we were there. We waited at least 7 minuted and we had to ask where our server was. The coffee was hot but the food was tepid. When we finished we again had to ask for our check.

Food was cold, then returned and brought burned bacon. The casher need training. He is very hijdtike and cold. Disd nit even greed, I had to ask him for my free pie. He gave it to me in a rude manner. He is very rude.

We were satisfied with the service and fare. Our server was polite and attentive; our food wasn't the most flavorful but not below expectations. Our only real complaint was being seated in the booth right next to the kitchen where there was a noticeable odor that would waft our way regularly. At first, we thought it would dissapate which is why we didn't immediately ask to be moved but it didn't. The smell affected our enjoyment of our dinner and we got out dessert to go (we were celebrating Pi Day). We would just like to recommend not seating guests in that booth anymore. Even without the smell, it was a little closer to the service area and a little noisy too. Thank you for listening.

First of all, they sat us by the kitchen door, so it smelled like chlorine. Then the waiter forgot my salad, until I mentioned it, so the salad came after the dinner entree. The gravy was very thick like it was old. The hash browns were grey because they were not grated recently and not fresh. I had to get up to get the ketchup because the waiter did not check back with us. When we finished our dinner, we waited a long time for the waiter, because he was talking to one of his friends. When we ordered a slice of pie, we did not order it to-go, but he brought it back in a to-go container and bag. I had to ask the cashier for a bag because the waiter did not give me one for my leftovers. The cashier did not bag it for me, I had to do it myself.

1. It was not ready at the time I was given for pickup(8:07). I did not receive it until 8:25. 2. Missing the extra shrimp that I added on. 3 The food was cold. 4. The steak was very small was not cooked med-well be on the rare side. 5. The shrimp were also very small , the size you would put on a salad.

Coffee was lukewarm. Waitress who was very nice had to go to another station to get hot coffee. This time the coffee was great and ended up being the best part of my meal. The grilled ham and cheese came burned and it looked like the cook was very unhappy with his job and threw it on the plate. French fries were mostly overdone too. The waitress asked me how the meal was and I said it was fine. I didn't want to disturb the cook about this.... I've heard what they can do to people's food if they returned it or ask for it to be redone. Perhaps it was just a really bad day for the cook. I have been here before... and things were fine.

I ordered two special holiday dinners to go. Dinners were to have included turkey, mashed potatoes/gravy, green beans, sweet potatoes, dressing, cranberry sauce, bread, soup, and pie. I told the waitress that I do not like sweet potatoes and requested instead an extra serving of mashed potatoes on one dinner and an extra serving of dressing on the other dinner. After waiting 45 minutes, I got two dinners with only turkey, mashed potatoes/gravy and pie. Everything else was missing. I requested and received dressing, bread, and cranberry sauce. Forgot to request green beans so did not get any. Also, my soup of choice was not available, so I had to pick something else. It took another minutes to get dressing, by which time everything else was cold.

The waiter seemed rushed and irritated after i ordered my food they forgot my mash potatoes i had to bring this to the waiters attention he semed frustrated that he didnt notice the obvious BEFORE bringing me my food. Once the waiter brought me my mash potatoes it was the first time in my life that mash potatoes were like liquid.DISGUSTING! To top it off when i asked for the bill he insisted that i pay him instead of the cashier EVERYONE around me when they finished they paid the cashier? I paid the cashier included the 10% tip and i left very unhappy.
