Shari's

The server was very preoccupied . She seemed to be walking around alot and not bringing items that were requested. We were not in any hurry, and it still took too long. we had to ask when we were getting our salad. we had to ask to order pie. we had to ask anyone to bring us a take away container. then the server took our check and credit card & she never came back. I finally told her I would meet her at the register. She then took another 5-8 mins. to add up the check. Then it was incorrect by about $7.00. She refused to ask others for help. Then had to go get the totally incompetent mgr. person. He is worthless. And rude. Better to get another Mgr. to improve this location. This has happened several times when trying to checkout. he can't figure out how to run the register. They should also have a person just getting the pie cut for customers on Wed. pie day. Its too much to have the server to do that also. The server finally reached into her pocket and gave me $7.00 refund herself because the mgr. couldnt figure out how to correct the overcharge even when i was telling him where the problem was on the receipt. he is worthless. 5/17/17 9pm.

Shari's has gone downhill since new management. The restaurant doesn't seem as clean or friendly Coffee was cold sent back Fork and knife were dirty sent back Coffee cup had coffee drips or stains on the side sent back Takes forever to get the check once done have to wait until they are ready The waitress didn't even apologize for the issues we had. The salad was expensive and did not even get toast like before bad experience all the way around

The waitress Sam was rude and lazy and didn't seem to like us. I watched her walk by our food 7 times before another waitress rushed it out to our table. Sam never came back to check on us and I later found her sitting at one of the tables in the back.

My burger was overcooked. The new mgs Robert was unprofessional in our opinion. He started to argue with me that my card was not registered therefore we could not get the pi day pricing. Robert then proceeded to call our server "baby" which was very unprofessional . we miss linda!

The dishes were not clean. There were fingerprints on the serving dish just next to the food. Food appeared to be just thrown on the plate. My wine glass was dirty. The server brought me another glass of wine which still had crusty food particles on it. I like cleanliness when I chose to eat out.

This was my first time coming in for dinner. Food arrived cold, tasted bland, and didn't look very appetizing on the plate. I pretty much had to put ketchup on everything in order to be able to swallow it down. The grossest thing of all however was finding my servers very long hair sitting on top of my food! Jerrie didn't make my experience any better- She was slow, didn't smile once, and seemed to act like waiting on us was a chore. I like coming into Sharis because of the amazing service that I normally receive, but this time was completely awful so I will make sure to avoid coming in at late hours. I don't think that Jerrie is a reflection of Sharis at all, I guess all places have their fair share of slackers its just unfortunate that I had to deal with one.

I tried to fill out your Club card at the cafe. However with poor internet I was not able to get a connection. I was able to do the text message and start the process. My waiter asked what appered to be his manager for assistance and he just told him that I would have to wait and if wanted to purchase a pie I would have to pay full price. Not a way to treat a customer. I just found Shari's and was hoping for a better experience. It did not happen. We had a good meal. But the management seamed to suck. Sorry but you need to know. If it can happen to me it can happen to others.

Salad did not inclue coutains, salmon was overcooked, rice pilaf was very hard. Second time I had salmon there.

Milk shake was more a milk drink. Only saw the waitress 3 times, when order was taken, when order was delivered, when check was delivered. Never asked how our meal was or tasted like most places.

I asked the server who dumped my food in front of me for the sauce that came with my sandwhick and a side of BBQ sauce. She never came back. My server had a huge party on the side and never came back! Menu has changed. Best sandwiches no longer. Sandwhick was good but the 8 or so fries on a 10 dollar sandwich and left hungry.
