After we were served, we were forgotten and had to wait until we got the attention of one of the other servers. We never saw our original server again. We were told that she was on break. The time we were there previously, we received excellent service and was expecting the same this time.

The pastrami sandwich as served is, portion wise, very different than what is shown on the menu. Much less pastrami is served. Somewhat disappointed for a $10 sandwich. Less value than other restaurants.

Already mentioned in previous questions BUT - The gravy on the biscuits and gravy was cold, and it hard started to jellify and had a top layer forming over it as if it had been sitting out for a very long period of time. It was also cold. The sausage in the gravy though was amazing and would be an excellent idea if you weren't scared of getting food poison from it b/c you had no idea how long it had been sitting.

The server was not very friendly. She brought my soup 1 minute before she brought my dinner to the table... eat soup dinner is cold... eat dinner soup is cold... not to pleased. She was not very friendly and very sloppy looking.

They have great service but the place really feels run down. I've been going there for years but they need a remodel. Also the silverware was all dirty, plates and silverware all looked like they were not properly washed .

The food was ok, the service was a little slow. I Thought $14 was a little expensive for a salad and soda.

Our waitress didn't come back after we got our food unless we had some go and get her. She had the cashier bring our receipt before we asked for it and we wanted to order desert and also drink refills, which the cashier was unwilling to do for us.

I ordered the Cuban sandwich. I purposely came to Sharis' to order it after seeing it online. It was bland, probably less than an ounce of meat on the sandwich.

Service was terribly slow & took forever to get our food. The coffee did not have much taste....way too weak and the toast was cold & the food lukewarm. In fairness to the waitress, she did not have enough help. Also, I think they may have been short-handed in the kitchen.
