Shari's

One dinner was supposed to come with a salad but the salad never came. We told the server and she brought us a salad to go at the end of the meal. One dinner was supposed to come with onion rings but the onion rings did not arrive with the meal. We asked the server about the missing onion rings and she said they were out of onion rings. We had to ask if the onion rings could be replaced by something else. The server then offered another side since onion rings were not available.

I requested no bleu cheese on my salad. I could have picked it off instead of sending it back to the kitchen. There were still some left on the salad.

The menu has changed. SOmething I used to order (meat lovers skillet) is gone, replaced with a fritatta which is all it comes with and costs the same as it did with the meatlovers + pancakes. so I ordered the fritatta meat lovers and a side of pancakes and it was almost $20 for my order. Also the wifi kept dropping. I"m disappointed and won't return. I have been going to shari's for over 20 years but this change won't bring me back.

Not enough servers. There were open tables but we were there over an hour

The lady at the front desk didn't greet me when u came in, didn't smile but I greet her and I ask her for an apple pie she seemed like if she wasn't in the mood to work. She told me that there was no apple pie so did I want a different one. Is hard to make a decision when the pies don't have a price on them nor listed on the board. I asked what one pie was because it didn't have a sign with a name and she told me but I didn't feel like it would be a good idea to start asking her for prices, so I just told her to give me one of the ones she had and she didn't even give me a bag!!! The past 3 time I've been there I got my pie in a bag with no questions asked... are you guys charging for bags now? Thankfully my pie was delicious. I guess next time I'll bring my own bag... please talk to your associates about greeting and being nice to the customers it really makes a big difference. Thanks

There is no consistency at this location. One day your meal is amazing and the next it's alright. During this specific instance, my steak was barely even warm, the meat looked grey, it looked like it wasn't even cooked which is weird since there were grill marks (on one side though).

usually Shari's is pretty efficient. They sat us in the back in the corner. I understand on a Wed it can be busy but they still need to be efficient. It took the longest time for someone to come and take our order. They brought us water and we didn't ask for it. They didn't come back to ask how things were. Sharis does not have a fresh smelling environment. It always smells like stinky feet and musty. It doesn't have that fresh smell. I do not every want to sit in that corner. The servers forget you are sitting there and by the time you get your food it is cold or you loose your appetite.

Waitress basically ignored us. I had to physically get her attention to get anything we needed the entire visit. She was in corner past counter talking to another worker
