They were out of the first item my mother ordered, a sandwich that contained pulled pork.

After we ordered our food it took about 30 mins until our food was served but my order was wrong. I ordered the pot roast but they gave me the fish and chips. I wasn't upset not getting the food that I ordered its just waiting another 15-20 mins to receive the food I actually ordered. Hospitality was good but the speed of service was bad in waiting for our food.

It wasn't that bad a little slow being acknowledged. Then the cashier seemed new so I thought she might need some more training or a seasoned staff stay with her or not to far so they could help her

When asked what I wanted with the meal I did not realize the onion rings were extra over the fries. Server presented it like it was included. Sometimes it's just the little things. I like to know up front if any extra costs.

My family and I are always satisfied with our neighborhood coffee shop. You guys are great.If i was to be a pain,there was a woman vacuuming while we were dining.Not a good look.

This was my second time at Sharis. When we were seated we were seated close to the back section where we could smell garbage or mold as well as cleaning products. I looked behind the booth I was sitting in and there was a vacuum inside a big garbage can. Maybe they just finished cleaning. The smell was pretty unbearable so I asked to move even before we ordered. The waitress was very nice and understanding. This was not a big problem and I will definitely be back soon.

The wait staff were not very friendly accept to the customers who were clearly regular customers. It was my first time and I didn't feel welcomed.
