Lots of open tables and booth but didn't take names for quite awhile. Then several groups waited and waited and waited before being seated. 25 minutes is too long when empty tables were available.

Ordered the Steak Dinner and a Hamburger. The Hamburger was all that I expected but the Steak dinner plate lacked. for the dinner Potatoes and Steak left the plate looking bear. In the past years they put a few vegetables or something more on the plate. I guess you have to cut costs but a spoon of corn or beans would have made us more satisfied

As stated earlier, the ONLY problem was my friend not receiving coffee for quite a while!

They are one of our favorites, and despite not being all that busy, they neglected to greet me until I spoke up and said I was there to order take-out.

I was cold, but I'm always cold. Maybe someone could've offered to move me to a less colder booth in the restaurant. My waiter got detained at the register and I believe helping other guests. Took him a long minute to get back to me, he apologized. No biggie

We were waiting to get a pie from the display. Someone was at the counter at the cash register but he did not even say that someone would be with us shortly. He walked away and then it took a while for a lady to come to the pie counter. There were 3 people waiting to get pies.

My waitress. Rosanna was bright, cheerful and very professional. There were other customers wondering why their orders were taking so long, as I was. Rosanna was great at defusing the tension that was forming. I nearly left so I wouldn't be late for work, I had given myself 75 minutes to order, eat and pay. It took That much time plus a couple of minutes more. Rosanna was the bright spot!
