The food service was slow - we waited @ 20 minutes to receive our food.

Steak was definitely at least medium well or even well done but I requested medium. Eggs were requested over hard but arrived over easy.

The restaurant is dated. Bathrooms could be updated (new tile, toilets, etc)

We visited this location last month and told our waitress there was a problem with some of our hot food being cold. When we returned this last time, we were originally assigned to a table for the same previous waitress. She evidently remembered us, approached our table, stated she was just about to get off work , and would have another person serve us. However, SHE was still working when we left a little over one hour later. In my opinion, this was rude. She probably thought we wouldn't notice, but having worked in multiple Customer Service positions (including waitressing) for over 50 years, I tend to notice EVERYTHING!!! Too bad for her!!! I had left her a Hefty tip before because I didn't fault her for the cold food (unless she knew that she was just slow picking it up) and would have given her that same HEFTY tip this time too! Instead, the young man who served us received that tip!!!!

It was busy, but to get the food took about 20 to 30 minutes. Otherwise they were very friendly and attentive to our needs. They are great team together!

I went Sharis July 22, 2016. The service was inadequate the server forgot the smoothy we order and hot water with lemon that was orders. On July 16, 2016, the service was excellent.

i ordered the trio. you were out of Sesame dressing for the Sesame salad, so i had to use blue cheese as my option. Just ok. Ordered the BLT on sourdough, the 1/2 sami was kinda small, and the plate was only decorated with a pickle...Just a bit sparce for the price. I also ordered the rhubarb/strawberry pie...which was OUTSTANDING. Enjoyed that very much and will come back and order a whole pie. thanks
