Rosanna is always very polite and has always gotten my order correct. Even when I change my mind a few times.

Our server Angela got our orders correctly and was prepared to our liking. She made sure that we had coffee at all times and made sure our needs were met.

As usual all of the staff at our Sharis were very attentive. Angela took care of us and we were very satisfied and will return.

Being a regular, they pretty much knew what I wanted when I came in, but politely confirmed it. They brewed a fresh pot of decaf for me and made me comfortable until dinner arrived. Dinner was great as was the pie I had right after. Service was excellent, friendly, and efficient. All staff seemed to be happy and smiling - an overall good experience!

Great customer service even in the early morning hours, my cashier was great at suggesting menu items that I haven't tried and I would enjoy.

The staff is extremely nice and friendly every time. I often come here and never not satisfied! This is cafe is definitely in my top 10! Happy holidays!

I had Andy as my server...he is terrific. Very knowledgeable about the menu and friendly. We are older patrons and he treats us like family...this means a lot to us. Keep him as an employee.
