this Sharis service has been getting worse and worse over the past few months. There have been times I have been in recently and there is a new server on the floor struggling very badly and the manager is outside smoking a cigarette. Very unimpressed about how the new server was being neglected. On this visit, I ordered 2 Apple pies 1 Pumpkin pie. When I arrived at my party with 2 Berry pies instead of Apple pies I was very upset. I didn't pay $30 bucks to get to my party with the wrong stuff. This guy helping me literally took my order. Turned around and put the wrong pies in the bag and handed them to me with a "Happy Thanksgiving", which it would have been if I had the right product in my bag. Please do something about the training. It is very hard to want to dine at a place where I regulary wait 30 minutes to get my food and get no refills on my drinks while the manager is outside on a smoke break. It is very rude to the customer. We are paying for service we don't get.

Don't understand why I paid 10 bucks for breakfast and couldn't get my eggs cooked the way I wanted them which was easy. Explained I wanted them runny an despite sending them back, still got eggs the consistency of quiche. My other food became cold while I waited for my eggs. The waitress was nice but it took about a half hour to get my wrong order.

When we walked in we were greeted after waiting ten minutes. Still waiting I as Gabriela if they were short staffed, she did not respond, just walked off and rolled her eyes. We were seated six minutes later by a young man, I believe his name was Reid. He was VERY confused and had a tough time taking our orders. Later a nice young lady named Thyra came over and re-took our order. The food was terrible and the service even worse. WORST experience EVER at and shame on Gabriela for being so rude as she represented Sharis

1. My order was mixed up with my companion's order...she ordered something I hate... 2. I paid extra for herbed fries...when my meal FINALLY came back, it came with PLAIN fries!! 3. I ordered salad with my mushroom/cheese burger...as an afterthought and after the waitress had taken my order for the salad AS PART of the DESCRIPTION IN THE MENU, I asked her if I could add the herbed fries for $.89 LIKE the MENU STATED...only it sure was a "bait and switch " when I looked on my bill...I was charged FOR the "free with the entree" salad and not the $.89 for the ADD-ON to make my burger really custom for me... 4. It was the very worst experience I have EVER had in a restaurant and intend to tell others about it.

We arrived at 1600, then waited to be seated until the manager returned from his break outside; while waiting we were not acknowledged at all. At 1608 we were seated. We then waited another 16 min. before the waitress, Precious, first came to our table. Then again waited 14 min after that for water to be brought to our table. Dinner was served only 24 min after ordering, but 3/4 of the food as cold. There was no cranberry sauce for the hot turkey sandwich and bacon was not as ordered and had to be returned. Also several wait staff had what could be described as unusually facial piercings and leggings are not pants in a professional environment. Overall we were there 1 1/2 hours, not including time it took to restart computer that shut sown while checking out.

It's started when we sat down, she greeted us and told us that she would be right back, but didn't come back till 15 minutes later. After we placed out order she got my steak order wrong and made it well done instead of medium rare. My fiancé got a Sprite, later then she came back and filled it with water. I was alittle disappointed in her lack of attention to us and what we even ordered. Her name was Kortnie.

When we entered the restaurant, two servers looked us straight in the eyes, never verbally acknowledged. There was no hostess to be seen anywhere. We waited so long we finally just seated ourselves. We were never welcomed to Shari's. The servers acted like it was an inconvenience to serve us. When we went to pay our check, there was no acknowledgement that we were even waiting to pay. The wait was so long that I finally just left cash with the check to cover the cost and walked out. Today was, hands down, the worst service I have ever received in any restaurant. If the staff were having a challenge with short handed, whatever, the least they could have done was verbally acknowledged customers that they would be right with them. I received better service at a McDonald's once when there was only one staff member at work. He communicated, apologized for any delays, went about his work with care. Today the staff at Shari's acted like they were doing us a favor if they waited on us. There wasn't even coffee ready!
