I ordered the New York steak and eggs. It was the toughest steak I have ever ordered in my life, I think you are serving round steak. The toast was so cold the whipped butter did not melt. You know you have a food quality issue when nobody even asked how my meal was, not the waitress, not the cashier, nobody asked because they are tired of hearing the food is bad.

Your new computer system sucks. Our server explained that while she inputted our order, it never made it to the kitchen. It was over an hour before the food arrived. The manager and server were apologetic but we decided to leave because by then, we weren't hungry any longer after multiple cups of coffee. The manager did pack our food to go and we did not pay, but it was still an extremely unsatisfactory experience and I hesitate to return. This was the second time within 2 months that we had problems ordering because of the "new" computer system.

The appearance, and taste of the meal gave me the impression the cook did not wish to be there. Some scruff ill kept guy was wandering around the food prep areas and helping hisself to what ever he wanted. I have had the runs all night after eating there.

Server was slow to take our order, it took a long time for our order to come out and the server said that she was sorry that part of the order was not complete, and that she did not want our food sitting there long. This portion of our meal was cold. I ate all of what I was served, and still waited for some time before remainder came out, it was hot. She apologized again and asked if I would like some more water. I said yes. She then arrived with the bill and said that the manager would be over to see us, and again asked if I would like some more water. I didn't receive water either time, and got tired of waiting for the manager to come see us, we went to the counter to pay. He apologized, and eventually reduced our bill. Upon leaving I overheard another customer complain that they were promised a table and it was given to another customer that had arrived after them.

with the money you spent for remodel the restaurant food has fallen. We used to visit between 3-5 times a week. we came in for dinner salmon and pot roast was told no hot vegs sub. for a price of 10.99 to be served cold mashed potatoes and rice pilaf cold and dry. salmon the same I asked for coffee and was served cold. your help was untrained not their fault cashier untrained I had to tell her how to tell the difference between no sugar pies. and she had not been trained enough on register. This is the first time I have ever complained sorry to say my $30.00 dollar not including tip was wasted. Yvonne Abrams

Food was very cold I would have sent it back or said something, but my husband would not let me... As he thinks they would do something worst to our food....as seen on TV years ago. The waitress was very nice, but every thing from the mashed potato., onion rings. .. Even the gravy was cold! We tend to go to this Sharis often, but have seen a decline in service and now food. Will not go back!

The Manager seated me took MY order and ignored the three conditions I would have liked. AND he had all of the apperances of the night janitor instead of a professional manager.

We have been going to this Sheri's location for years. The level of customer service we received was far from the normal. Our server went on his break without notifying us. We were not checked on once during our meal. There were multiple items on our order incorrect (which is usually forgivable we understand that it happens) We were brought a dirty plate, had to seek someone out ourselves to request a new one. When we did "Stacy" got in my girlfriends face and told her if she didn't like the plate then she could leave, then proceeded to laugh it off saying she was just kidding. We have both been in customer service for many years and in no way is this funny. Our food was cold by the time we were able to start eating it. We are not the type to make a scene to disrupt other people's meals but I sincerely hope this behavior is a addressed as if we recieve this level of service at this location in the future we will be going out of our way to do business at a different location.

1) Vegetables were cold. 2) Salmon was half the size of other places near by and half of that was skin. 3) Salmon was overcooked. 4)Husband did not get roll or vegetable that was listed on the menu and waitress did not even notice. Had to check menu when leaving to find out if we just thought it should be there with his chicken fried steak dinner meal. 5) Ordered chocolate cream pie to go and when we got home we found we had some kind of berry (unknown type of berries but it was red and not cherries). 6) When I called to complain about the pie being wrong I was told just come in sometime and they will give us replacements. So now I have to go out of my way to get them replaced and hope someone left a message about it because she refused to take my name and said it would be no problem if we brought in our receipt. Why would I want to go clear out of my way and hope they will be replaced. No offer to send coupon or anything so I might be able to get it closer to home. When I go by there the next time I will see how well this all works out and I will make sure everyone I know on facebook hears about it so they choose somewhere else to go.

We were there on a icy cold night, There were a waiter, a waitress and another waitress sitting at a booth giggling with her friends, it took us 5 minutes to be seated , there were only us and another family in the restaurant, and another 5 min to give our drink order, we waited about 10 to give our food order , finally got our food after it had been sitting on the bar for 5 minutes she hands us our food and never comes back to ask how anything was or to give us our bill I have been going to this Milwaukie ,Ore Sharis for 10 years and ever since your remodel it has gone down hill This is the third time we had to wait for everything.. not happy !!
