Everything was too salty or cold. Gravy was both too salty and cold. Second time we've been in and the soup was uneatable. Need new cook before we'll be back!

Seemed short-handed. Took to long to order and too long to receive the food. Then the food was all cold. My husband wanted to try the fritatta and apparently it doesn't come with hash browns or pancakes, so I ordered him 2 pancakes. We were charged $6.69 for 2 pancakes. That is ridiculous! Especially since all the food was cold. Highly disappointed with this visit to Shari's.

It took too long to have my order taken. It took too long to receive my food. I asked for water glass to be refilled--it was not. I ordered the "Lunch Trio". I was charged an additional $1 for the flavor of pie that I chose. When paying for my meal, the waiter who served me and who took my payment, took the bill for my food and crumpled it up and put it in his pocket instead of giving it to me.

I ordered an omelette. It was overcooked and luke warm. my toast was cold with butter spread on it that didnt even melt. How hard is it to butter toast before its cold. The waitress didnt ever smile and seemed like her job was a big drag.

When we arrived to a fairly empty restaurant, we had to wait a while for a table. When we finally were told were we could sit, went to sit down the booth was dirty, we had to request a cloth to clean it off ourselves. We ordered our food which took about 30 minutes to get our food, which was cold. The nachos didn't come with the guacamole or the sour cream, we had to ask for it, it took another 10 minutes to get that. We were almost done with our food before the waitress came back and we had to request refills. Not to mention we had to get her attention for the waitress to come back. The overall experience was terrible, and the manager on duty would only say "sorry". Won't be back.

I ordered to go. Did not receive the eggs and bacon with the Belgian waffle breakfast. Stood in the lobby for 13 minutes waiting for an employee to speak with me (this was after my 5:45 pick up time). The gal hallered across the restaurant to another employee to ask if that was my order. After she did not check to see if the order was complete she told me how much started speaking to the person behind me. Never said another word to me. While still in the middle of our transaction started cArrying on a conversation (interrupting another employee trying to provide service) to the next group that came in. No "thanks for coming in", "have a nice day" or "kiss my ---". I don't usually do these kind of responses but I was pretty shocked then very unhappy when I got home.

The baked potato was so bad it should have never been put on the plate. The waitress and the manager apologized and the waitress brought me some mashed potatoes but they weren't very good either. The Sirloin stake that I ordered was really good--cooked just the way I like it. The vegetables were also good.

The worst service we had ever had at this restaurant. The staff seemed to want to visit with some customers & ignore others. Took over 10 minutes to receive coffee!

We went to Shari's expecting to receive an offer which we received and printed off of a container of Shari's jam. It specified a period of time for the offer of 12/7 to 12/14. We were there on 12/12. Unfortunately, the waitress and manager had to inform us that they were all out of the jam. They said the truce was to come in the following day. We came back and it had not come on the truck, so they gave us a tub of jam from their supplies. Yes we are dissatisfied that Shari's did not have enough to follow through on their offer. And we are dissatisfied that we had to make an extra trip only to discover that the offered item was still not available. it does not speak well for the company! We appreciate the manager's trying to make it right with substitute jam from their supply.
