Took too long to get seated, make an order and too long to pay... the staff seemed to be short handed. The restaurant has been remodeled and the bathroom was freezing cold, the towel rack is too high on the wall to reach very easily and the water in the sink was ice cold. Not very user friendly.

Never got my drink, got a refill on my water as I was leaving. Order was incorrect as well. Waited for 15 minutes just to place our order. Looked like there was only one waitress doing anything at all. The worst was the manager having a breakdown with her employees, leaving us mid transaction while paying our ticket. All without the slightest semblance of professional discretion.

We arrived at Shari's around 9:30 pm on Sunday, 3/26 and ordered from the menu, but when my food arrived it was only lukewarm. I ordered an omelette, which had a good flavor, but was on the cool side. It seems that the restaurant was short staffed, so the plates of food may have sat on the serving counter for awhile before being brought to our table. Also, the coffee was not hot. Coffee served in those coffee pots is never hot, only warm; and by the time you have a second cup, it is almost cool. Coffee at Sharis is not the best!

First of all, we were seated next to a family of very loud bunch of kids---also playing in the walkway next to the seats. We asked our server for a different location and she found one right away--she was great. Then, a sirloin steak was part of my food, but the steak was over done, very thin for a sirloin steak, and just not something I want to try again. I suggest a different source for your steaks. We get a fantastic steak at Hales in Portland. John

I ordered a soup and it was cold/ lukewarm and my soda I ordered was flat and just syrup...

The counter seats could use a divider so patron does not have to look at cleaning and storage supplies. The store seems inefficient perhaps training new staff. My last few visits have been disappointing and I now find myself not wanting to return.

It took quite a long time to receive my salad, while waiting for my quiche. Also the menu I guess was changed. When my quiche was delivered, the quiche was on a large plate all by itself. A wedge of quiche only. Before the plate always had a couple of slices of fruit. I asked if it had been forgotten and was told that the menu had been changed.It just looked strange. this huge white plate and in the middle all by itself was this wedge of quiche. Maybe use a smaller plate

Food was cold

The restaurant is freezing cold with the A/C blowing. We moved to a little warmer area, but still cold. Soup was tepid not hot. Server placed it in the microwave. The cranberry, chicken salad sandwich was not flavorful and ample as previously. Another couple came in and had to ask for a warmer place. We were there the previous Wednesday and it was COLD then. Our group has been coming most Wednesday evenings for dessert for several years, but do not look forward to being distracted by the cold building. Another friend is disappointed that the Senior breakfast is no longer on the menu
