It just seemed a little chaotic although there were not many patrons. The waitress wasn't sure what was available or not even from the menu. The food was so so, nothing spectacular. I ordered my eggs over medium and they came with runny whites.

The cook does not wear a hair net or one for his beard. The bus "boy"had long hair sticking out of his baseball cap & walking back & forth behind the counter where food is prepared. In the past when I have been seated, it takes forever to get y food order. I think there isn't enough staff

This Shari's seems poorly managed -- always takes a long time to be seated even when there are lots of empty tables, and the servers seem slow. My husband ordered the Prime Rib dinner but was not asked which size and did not receive the vegetables that came with the meal. Also, he was not offered a drink refill. We like this location but wish it was better managed.

Not enough staff. One person can only meet the needs of a certain number of people. Hiring full time employees mite retain your staff and afford good service.

I do not like the new menu. No cobb salad or plain nachos or potato skins. I do like the grilled cheese sandwich trio.

Hash browns were burnt. Didnt have time to wait for new ones and wasn't even offered new ones or a discount on meal. Took 30 plus minutes to get our order and had take it to go when it finally arrive. They said they were backed up on go to orders.

This restaurant is always cold. On this visit I saw the other customers with their coats on,as was mine. The server said it was a corporate decision & they didn't think they could turn off the ceiling fans but she would look into it. It was uncomfortable to eat with our coats on. Also, I think it wise to hire a professional company to do the bathroom cleaning as it looks like it may be done by employees who don't use the correct products.

Waitress were good, BUT food took exceptionally long to get out of kitchen and then was only luke warm.
