My wife forgot to get her salad

it took forever for us to be greeted and seated. There were not enough staff members present. We were in around 10pm so there was plenty of seating and it still took forever. Because we made a substitution on our nachos the cut the portion size way down and that was upsetting.

I had to wait for several minutes to be seated, even though no one else was in line and the restaurant was not that busy. My food was okay but not great.

The price for a milkshake is rather too high; not premium enough for the money. Staff was excellent however!

my wife ordered the nacho's they were cold and my prime rib was way tiny and thin, it's not what I would call an 8oz steak. Very sad won't be ordering that again.

Everything was quite satisfactory and that met our expectations.

I had a coupon for buy one dinner entree get one for $4.99 up to $10.00. When the ticket was given to us only $2.01 was deducted. I mentioned it to our server she had to call the manager. The manager said that it was taken off the waffle item. I told her "but coupon says off dinner entree, waffle is not a dinner entree". She said its not us it's Corporate. So I told her whatever I'll pay what is owed. She said she'll give it to us but I'm not sure if the amount was deducted correctly because I wasn't given back the receipt that showed the items we ordered.

small portion of soup put in a fluted bowl to make it appear we have more, consumers are onto this. Soup not any better than Campbells and it's possible, because I've had better at other restaurants. The food a bit too high priced for what it is.
