Was greeted and shown a table right away. Looked like most staff was cleaning tables or refilling shakers. Took about 15-20 minutes to place our orders. We were about ready to give up and walk out. After placing order, we had another long wait to receive our drinks and food. All we ordered was hot chocolate and pies. Customers who came in after us and ordered breakfast, received some of their food before us. Restaurant did not appear busy, not many cusromers. We were there late evening, arriving before 10pm.

We were satisfied with all. We go there with a lunch group that selects a different restaurant each Thurs. Sometimes we go to the Sharis in Clackamas. We know we can always have a good experience. In fact we have gone enough that we get $5. off next time.

we've been coming with a group every month for eight years, and the staff numbers seems to be dwindling. about two years ago we actually waited over an hour to receive our food after the order was placed. that was a "final" straw of sorts. we started going to Denny's instead for about a year, then tried Shari's again. it's better than it was, but still understaffed.

Waited for someone to take our order while two servers stood and talked loudly very close to our table. Usually have very good service.

some of the items were slightly cool , not as warm as we thought it should be

The experience was good; I was satisfied, but I wouldn't consider it a *highly satisfying* experience. The hostess was a bit harried, although there were a number of workers there; I think someone else could have helped us. We were just getting a few slices of pie to go. Still, the wait wasn't terribly long and the server was pleasant.

Received my water and drink order after I received my food. I saw my food waiting up on the counter by the cook but the waitress was busy doing other stuff. I was about to ask another employee to get it but another employee stepped in and delivered it to me. Maybe she noticed my watching for it.

The restaurant was out of the normal paper table napkins this morning again! The usual napkins are nice being substituted with a very cheap thin , poor quality , low grade one ply thin napkin...these napkins make the McDonald's chain napkins look like a fine dining experience.... I would be embarrassed to use these napkins in any public food service event...I think every & all Shari's customer deserves better! Poor management .

Took 20 minutes to receive the water ordered. I ordered an a la carte stuffed hashbrowns & insted, received it as a substitue with the meal. It looked as if there weren't enough staff for a busy Wednesday free pie.
