I rarely give perfect scores. The price of the menu items is rather high, but the price of the coffee is outrageous. It's not that the food isn't delicious. It is just a little unsettling to pay $21.55 for breakfast that I could have made at home for 25% of the price paid.

The experience was nice but the service was a bit slow.

Every Shari's I and others visit, it is always cold--fans/air going even during winter.

Customers across from were very loud, rude, and hateful. I would not come back specifically because of these people. They seemed like regulars.

I like Shari's. We eat breakfast every Wednesday morning. I generally don't say "highly satisfied" unless things are perfect. But I am satisfied. I like the staff and feel like we get good service and good value. Sometimes, if there is a new cook or something like that, things are a little different.

The Texas Club was dry, over toasted and bacon was hard & stale, not just cooked well done. Shari's does not have a very good menu if you are trying to eat healthy. The salads are limited and the last few times, they were wilted & mushy lettuce. Also does not have gluten free options.

There are a few great servers there that understand that video poker players are also paying customers. However, often you have to leave your machine, walk up front to get someone to cash a ticket. It seems that if you are at a table you are served fast and constantly checked on. But if you are in the video poker area, you are put last. Even if you are cashing out large tickets and tipping off of that. All they have to do is hand you money, and get a nice tip out of it. I would like the same service in the poker area.

I had a coupon for a free tub of Marionberry jam with the purchase of an entree; however, your restaurant was Out of the tubs of jam. I received a written note that I could pick up the jam the next day, but when I returned on the next day, there still was no jam. However, the manager had the waitress fill an empty plastic container with the jam in one of the service stations and gave it to me because he didn't think they would be getting any more of the advertised item. I hate it when advertised items are "out of stock", because it is a waste of my time to have to return on another day and then to find it still unavailable.
