It was pretty good

My buns were soggy, the temp of the part was also inconsistent. Other than that it was a nice visit.

I ordered "soft scrambled eggs", they were over cooked and cool in temperature. My server, Vaugn, was very knowledgeable and conscientious.

when I was first seated, I was under a moving fan. It was not a warm day. but the aircondition was on and I was really cold. When I said something to the waitress. she said the waitress get hot because they are moving around alot. It did warm up later. otherwise I would have had to move to another table.

Food was good and was fast and warm. But the salad did not look like it was prepared at the time we order it did not look fresh.

i was satisfied. everything was fine. i reserve highly satisfied for occasional use, for things that go way above & beyond. if "highly satisfied" becomes the default selection, then it ceases having any meaning at all.

The servers did a wonderful job, but were too short staffed to be able to serve everyone quickly. Not for lack of trying on their part, though. They were working very hard and were quite pleasant despite it!

Service was not as good as I expected since the restaurant was not very busy. I had french fries as part of my meal and I had to get up and ask someone to bring me ketchup. Could not find our server. It took a long time to get our check.

Shari's is a good family restaurant, prices are good, food choices are good, and varied for a wide variety of tastes. It is a large chain, and thus I don't have expectations of high quality, but expect good quality, that should be available at any of the stores. I received the quality of food I expected. Wow me and I will rate higher.
