sometimes servers were a little too slow.

Salad entree didn’t have much lettuce. Other ingredients weren’t arranged pleasingly. The dressing container was placed on top of the salad and stuck to the meat in the salad.

Server never took my beverage order. (party of 5, separate checks)

Very friendly,and helpful

Appeared to be only one food server when we arrived ... she was pleasant and efficient but had too much to attend to all at once. The checkout at this store frustrates me more often than not as the staff does not seem to know that Shari's has an app that gives the consumer a short code to expedite checkout as well as keep my phone number private. It would be nice if the employees understood the app and knew how to use the short code.

got a lipstick coated coffee cup, asked for a different one and never received one or any coffee

It seems like the veggies are always cool!

Table did not appear to be clean. Salt and Pepper shaker were covered with dried food (or something).

Too slow to order food

It was not that we were "not" satisfied but it was Turkey day and everyone was busy, lots of moving parts and what appeared to be a shift change. The food was great the service was great my only real issue was it took quite a while to get checked out.
