clarissa was awesome rhank you. she was very helpful on the drive with directions and with directiond for restaurants if all hotels had people like her what a wonderful person

Pool wasn't even open

The pool was out of order. My moms a/c did not work. One of my sisters shower did not work. My other sisters bathroom was out of order. Had a really bad experience. My kids did not enjoy the pool amenities. We went to the Marriott to swim. Next time we will be staying at the Marriott!!
