Zaxby's

It was ok

Zaxby's is close to home and we enjoy the food. We went late in the evening and the staff seemed anxious to close and leave. Food was good but didn't receive the usual friendly service.

I stopped for a milk shake I had heard about on TV. I used the drive thru. I was disappointed to find that they have one size milkshake for $3.29. That's too much for something I have never had. Does not make me want to give it a chance. I left the drive thru and didn't make an order. Went somewhere else.

Food wasn't that good

Returned my fries because they were cold. All the staff did was put the same fries back in the fryer and reserve them to me.

I was with two friends, and in the beginning I wasn't going to get anything because their prices are outrageous. But after being there for a while I decided to get some fries. I went to the counter, concerned about the price and how much fries I would get in a register vs large. I asked and the cashier had an attitude. She would much rather go back to talking to her coworkers than take me order. So my fries came out and I would have loved some zaxbys sauce but after paying for my overpriced fries I decided to just get the free ketchup. For some reason the fries or the ketchup tasted very weird. The fries were hot though! So I'm getting to my last few fries and I notice a hair on my fry. At that point im disgusted with this place so I just cut my losses and left before I threw up. Very bad experience!

Ordered fried white cheddar bites, fries and a large water. I was charged 2.07 for the water and got home to eat and my cheddar bites where fried mushrooms which I hate.
