They have pretty good chicken and the people are always nice.

Food was not very good. Chicken was undercooked and the fried breading tasted like it was cooked in old oil. Also, fries were way over seasoned. However, staff was very nice and helpful.

We generally have very good experiences at Zaxbys.....the food is usually excellent. However,this particular Zaxbys,on Chapman highway,always seems to be substandard. The lettuce was wilted,the French fries were cold and greasy,all around,not up to what we usually experience at Zaxbys. My wife and I have made a mental note to never go to this particular one ever again.
