Good quick food

It's was ok. But Zambia is not my favorite chicken place. It's very subpar on all levels. My husband was very happy though.

Good food but a bit expensive for fast food

The tomatoes on my salad had gone bad.

Staff seemed like they were focused on other things. Slow service.

They have pretty good chicken and the people are always nice.

Food was not very good. Chicken was undercooked and the fried breading tasted like it was cooked in old oil. Also, fries were way over seasoned. However, staff was very nice and helpful.
