Zaxby's

Nice clean and good experience.

Typically I love zaxbys but today I had the bone in wings. I found them to be very over cooked and dry. I would not order them again.

I stopped for the birthday cake milkshake. Although good I have to say I was disappointed in the fact the did not use the chocolate whipped cream. It seems as though this changes from location to location, some use it and some do not.

This visit was a shining example of why chick fil a will always deliver better service and customer experience. I pulled up as the only customer in the drive thru and asked the employee for a moment as I got my order ready. No reply. After 5 seconds he asks "are you ready to place your order NOW sir??"I had to again ask for a moment and received no acknowledgement that he heard. Me.... And I ordered and pulled around, he just says the total and holds his hand out. No hello, welcome back, nothing.

The restaurant was hot you're not here working air-conditioning staff was very friendly forward to great mall in during rest room was dirty.like years and I enjoyed the food the stuff for the verbal I really professional need more help with service
