Zaxby's

The grilled chicken was exceptionally good. The salad ingredients were fresh and everything was tasty. The only thing that would have made it better was homemade salad dressing.

Good food

Everything was fine except for the temperature of the dining room. It seemed to be hotter inside than it was outside...and we had just gotten into Florida.

Great tasting food & good portions

a customer was disorderly and clearly intoxicated and the staff did absolutely nothing to quite or resolve the issue of the patron. I don't know its company policy or not but it made for a miserable dining experience for about 25 other guests and the staff just watched.

We ordered 4 meals...number was called and husband went right away. As we took meals off tray, I grabbed a French fry from my plate...almost cold! I touched the chicken strip...almost cold! My husband's was the same. The meals for the grandkids were hot. My husband took meals back and they gave us hot meals. This was our first complaint at this Zaxby's...usually everything is great.

The food was not hot and the chicken fingers and bread tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while.

I find it very odd and disturbing that you offer milkshakes but claim you can't make a vanilla milkshake, can only make a birthday cake milkshake. That signals to me that you're using premade "milkshakes" out of a bag... That's gross!

On this visit to Zaxbys, I ordered a salad and found a bug in it. I did not want to finish it.

Too busy and food was cold
