The food tasted delicious but the lady that took our order wasn't very friendly she wasn't mean but she wasn't friendly

Good food and a nice environment, but overpriced.

Restaurant was busy but food was still out in a timely manner. Employees were friendly and food was hot upon being served. Food tastes good.

don't eat at zaxbys but I had the house salad with grilled chicken and it was really good.

Great chicken

Ranchero salad was sad. Not filled with lettuce or toppings. Dressing was watered down. Had a big chunk of tortilla strip dough in the salad.

Attention of girl taking my order was distracted by doing other things. She began our order, then stopped to fix someone else's order right as I began to order. Glad she caught the error in the other order but one person should not have to do the work of two.

Dirty tables. We had to clean some tables for our group to use. Then their coke machine was out of about half of its soft drinks. We were told the truck didn't come, but it was inconvenient and some in our group asked for refunds for their drinks. Finally the receipts weren't printing. That was no issue. Dirty tables is an issue. So is not being fully stocked for customers.
