This establishment's location has insufficient parking and it's very difficult to get into the lot when the drive-thru is backed up into the street, causing traffic to backup. Also tried to order over the phone, was put on hold for fifteen minutes. That's how long of a drive it takes to get there, so I just ordered when I walked in.

Had to wait 20 minutes for food the order was completely wrong highly dissatisfied

Fire that cashier. If the food weren't so good the whole experience would have been AWFUL. Will not be back at that Zaxby's for a good while.

Food was not what I ordered and the chicken was not fully cooked. Cashier was rude when I brought it back to get it cooked more or redone. Not very friendly at all and it was the first time u ever ate at a Zaxby's and will be the last.
