Couldn't understand lady in drive thru

I got a very zasty zalad at zaxbys! It was the first time I got the Cobb salad and it was great! I will definitely get it again

Chicken was over cooked! I also noticed one of the workers working in the back eating the whole time he was making food. Made me think twice about who had been handling my food!

Ok. Fries not crunchy

Please take your time I know your in a hurry but I like to have all the sauces on my food and I don't want to have to take it back up there. I would rather eat with out then have some one mess with my food
