It was a school spirit night and they were not staffed appropriately at all for the crowd. I waited 45 minutes to get my food. The even larger disappointment was that none of the staff apologized for the wait, offered anything to make up for the wait, or even thanked me for coming. Very, very poor customer service. I realize that they were in a bind that they couldn't do much about, but their failure to address the inconvenience is unacceptable.
